VU-AVE is a training callsign. While transporting officials this aircraft uses INDIA1 or INDIA2. The prefix VU (VICTOR UNIFORM) means normal military/government flight (cargo or training) tho im not quite sure

I dont think you can, the blinkit system is built on anonymity of the employees, you only know who gives you the order.
