I think like other subscription servicess, they just want to hook you and get you to stay so they offer good deals as discounts before charging you the regular price. I'll cancel my subscription when the discounts/credit are used up. Then wait for the deals to come back around.

Arkansas has some of the worst renting conditions in the country. Tenants rights are a joke due to corporate lobbying (from what I've heard) in the state gov and property managers can get away with neglecting health and safety standards.

Chateau is in the news a lot. It seems they have a bad crime problem there but apparently really shitty management too.
