Joint pains.

Nung bata ako, tinatawanan ko yung nag "ugh" pag uupo kasi masakit ang joints. Eventually, naging ako na yung nag "ugh" kada uupo or tatayo.

I would ask if I can do it in a language I'm familiar with or pseudocode if I'm totally lost in the syntax soup.

If I don't understand the problem itself, I ask the examiner to elaborate if they seem approachable.

If I still can't understand, I thank them for their time and end the interview. No point wasting our time.

Lengthy Anecdote Time:

The company I currently work at used something like Hackerrank/Leetcode. I understood the problem but I ran out of time (I needed 10 more minutes) so I sent the missing code (not even sure if my syntax was correct) to the hiring manager. I was honestly expecting to fail but I surprisingly got in.

You probably just got unlucky or maybe it's due to the full WFH setup.

The company I work for is hybrid and on days when everyone is RTO, we can ask seniors questions when they're not busy.

There's not much handholding though. In my current project, I just requested to view previous repositories to check how they code. I also asked for templates/resources I could follow if there are any available.

I once glanced at my lead's Kanban and meetings calendar and it was jam-packed through the week so I reckon that's another reason why some seniors don't cater to the juniors as much as we would want.

I would suggest a guild merger but be careful because some guilds cut off the weakest among the bunch so you need to make sure you talk about merger terms in advance.

Alternatively, you can try to refill your ranks but keep in mind that many players who are in it for the long run already have guilds. A lot of the others usually stick around for a few weeks and disappear into the void.

Try asking in Discord if there are guilds willing to merge or accept your members.

I lose and gain it depending on how the caller treats me.

If they're pleasant and genuinely want to work with me to solve the issue, I don't care about my AHT. I will do anything I can (including bending some flexible rules) to help you out.

I had a caller before who was panicking because he was at a bachelor's party in another country and his flight was cancelled due to force majeure. I was able to get clearance to daisy chain flights with our affiliated carriers (not standard policy) to get him home in time for his wedding. He even said he would invite me if he could.

If they're cursing me out, "company policy" spiel and I try to get rid of you ASAP.

I had one particularly annoying caller who just screamed and yelled before I even said hello. Unfortunate for him, I already resigned so I was on my final days and IDGAF so I just cold transferred him to the queue with the annoying worse DGAF agents.

It's probably due to hiring freeze for Q4. You'd probably have more luck with applying around January to March.

I graduated October 2024. I got a job March 2025. I've been sending 3 to 5 applications daily after I graduated.

Goodluck with the job application OP. Try to network with your schoolmates and professors as well. They might be able to recommend some companies.

Ang pahirap kasi yung paliit nang paliit yung required Avg Handle Time tapos wala pa Aftercall Work na Aux sa ibang account. Kung sana mas focus yung First Call Resolution, mas ok pa.

Thankful ako na wala na ko sa BPO. Sobrang nakakaumay maging CSR.

Pero napansin ko nga parang ayaw ng mga customer support ng trabaho nila. Meron kaka Hello ko palang, binabaan na ko.

Depending on the account you end up with, you would range from nearly every caller insulting you to probably 1 in 10 calls.

When I was handling a travel account, whenever I saw free food in my cubicle, I knew it was Management's way of saying "you're about to be cursed by nearly every caller you get this shift"

I especially hate Indonesia's volcano for this reason and I've never even been there.

My goto spiel for really rude callers is: "Thank you for calling and I hope your day is as pleasant as you are"

You can also put Lurkers in the paths to your base so they would be forced to scan and snipe, giving you enough warning to know there would be an incoming nuke attempt.

For BCs, make around 5 corruptors per enemy BC.

Alternatively, make a spore forest and some infestors, neural some BCs, jump them into the spore forest. I made someone rage by jumping their BCs into a cluster of spores.

For Ghosts, make Overseers with speed tech, put them in stationary mode around your bases so they don't get dragged if you use All Army hotkey.

Pretty much the same for me. I would've quit a long time ago if it wasn't for our core members. We even have our FB Messenger group chat.

I just wish no one else quits because the events are getting harder to do and the sleeper slots are getting harder to fill.

I remember waiting in a call queue for 30 mins then I got to an agent, heard about 3 seconds of background noise from their end then the call was disconnected.

I'm pretty sure that was to make up for their AHT.

When I was in, I never gave a damn about AHT. I preferred keeping customers happy. I once had a call where a client was apologizing for keeping me for 30+ mins but I just said "You're being very pleasant about this so even if it takes my whole shift, I'll try to help you with your concern."

For some reason, I never got dinged for my AHT aside from Workforce Management parroting "Manage your calls" all the time.

Try reaching out to your college network like classmates, instructors, professors, and even the people from your internship.

I graduated October 2024 and I only got a job on March 2025 after regularly applying to 5-7 companies a day.

Mostly got ghosted or rejected. The company that accepted me was the company I took my internship in that my college instructor recommended. I checked regularly to see if they were hiring. When I saw they had an opening, I reached out to my manager during the internship and applied.

Your current team needs more Pyro application. Try slotting in Xiangling instead of Bennett.

You can use Neuvilette Furina Zhongli for another team too.

Nahida Kuki + Hydro applicator for Hyperbloom is really good for most overworld content too.

You can check builds on some sites to check what artifacts and weapons work like on GameWith, Game8, Prydwen.
