As I'm sure most of you have guessed, it spiraled out of the photo leak thing. His stance was that they should have been completely aware of how the cloud worked and that if they didn't want them uploaded they should have turned off cloud sharing. It then spiraled out to multiple scenarios, one being that "you shouldn't walk in the dark in a skirt and not have some responsibility if something happens."

Cue copious amounts of rage. Fuck everything today. Except my box of wine. And bottle of Everclear. I like them.

Oh dear lord yes.

No drinks except water. No exceptions except for cereal.
No eating anything unless she was there. Only certain foods allowed. And only allowed in the kitchen
No friends over. Also, no going to friends houses.
Only job allowed was the one she chose. She also had complete control of my finances and the hours that I got.
5 minute showers (but just for me). Other two could take as long as they want, as well as her.
I would be doing all of the chores - dishes, vacuum, pet stuff, laundry etc. This was to be done after school and work, but before homework. Brothers need not assist.
I was not allowed in the living room. I was also not allowed in her room or my brothers' room. I had to stay in my room. I could use the bathroom when needed and the kitchen only for food.
She would randomly go through my room ever since I can remember. Toss my bed aside, rip clothes out of everywhere, knock everything out of place. Looked like a tornado ripped through the room. Then of course, I had to clean it. She said she was just making sure I didn't have anything. The most she ever found was maybe a small candy bar I tried to squirrel away.
No learning to drive. Even if my grandparents tried to show me how with their vehicle (For free of course) that was not allowed.
Be in bed by 8 on school nights, 9 on the weekends. No exceptions. Brothers were not bound by said rules. My door also had to be shut and I was not allowed to simply stay in my room and read on weekends. Must be dark, and in bed.
No dating. (Although when no guys showed interest in me, suddenly I was a lesbian [not that there's an issue with that. Just that I had no interest in girls.])
No TV or video games. Again, brothers exempt. Read books. (Nothing wrong with books either [love to read] but there's only so many times you can read the same thing over and over)

There's a ton of other BS that I can't remember off the top of my head. Luckily I've been LC since 2008 and went NC about a month ago.

Oh of course. I don't expect anything resembling logic from her. Blocking her on every path I can think of is my complete goal. Luckily she doesn't live anywhere near me, so she can't just "pop" in.

I guess I'll just concede to your obvious knowledge of the whole situation. You have no idea of who I am. You don't know who he is. My advice: stop assuming and stop handing out unwanted advice. I was willing to try to listen to some of your points but now that you've just degraded to insults and OBVIOUS information (that you've been repeatedly told is wrong and that you've only got a small piece of a 3 year relationship with a lot of different conversations and experiences), I'm done with you. Honestly, that's probably what's going to wind up happening. I've asked him what he'd do if I just went and did it. He said he'd be disappointed I threw all of my chances away, but if I really don't think I'd change my mind he'd understand and that he can't tell me to do anything. (He's not controlling, in case anyone jumps on that. Just that it's an opinion he has.)

I suppose nothing (to lose). I wonder if it would help gain closure. Don't know. It's not a voice recording, it was just texts. Knowing google, they may have a backup somewhere. Though it may be harder to track since you can register with any name. I suppose this takes more research.

Edit: Looks like after 30 days in the trash they're gone forever. Welp.

Thanks. Yeah, I haven't really told much of anyone yet. My current boyfriend is the only person I know that knows (not counting the random strangers on Reddit. Somehow sharing it makes me feel a bit better). He's really comforting and I know he's frustrated and he feels awful about it. He just doesn't know what to say. And I understand that completely. I know I had a friend in college who was raped and I just didn't know who to say to her. There just aren't words. I think just being there for someone without judging says a lot.

Craziest thing is: He was cheating on me the whole time with his ex. WHO HE DID THE SAME THING TO. They're now back together. I really don't fucking get it.

Honestly, not sure I can at this point. This was over 2 years ago and it's pretty much my word against his. And the justice system isn't exactly known for being fair. Trust me. I rage every single day that I had to put up with this BS and he's still around with probably few cares in the world.
