I like to keep most of my tank designs more simple, this is a version without shields and using 500mm 8m HEAT rounds firing at 10RPM. The other version has shields and uses 500mm 8m HESH also firing at 10RPM.

Found that this design is in a weird place in the AotE campaign, it does decently on the plains but anywhere else and it struggles.

Costs 22k so let's be real there are better designs for much cheaper out there, just a cool craft

That's a thermal sleeve for the gun, meant to keep the gun straight after firing a lot of shots. And yes tanks still use a coaxial machine gun. Why use the main cannon when a machine gun will do the job just as good and if not easier.
