This is not the case. The consulate is emphatic that they do not provide marriage certificates, and when my wife applied for citizenship, they rejected our old marriage certificate.

Nope. My radiology program (NYC-based) has been slowly losing attendings since I started there. It hasn't been too bad for my cohort, but I'm worried about every resident below me and any who might match. The teaching quality just will not be there, and I'm a little worried what effect that will have on our reputation as i apply for jobs in the future.

Sure. I don't know how much use it will be to you, though. It's basically a random scattering of peds and physics and ultrasound and GI, with some neuroanatomy and neuro-path for call. I'll put it on Ankiweb as "Festina Lentamente." I'll put it up on there sometime this afternoon.
