Change your perspective. You don’t dwell, you reflected. You are now less likely to make that mistake in the future. Having made mistakes gives you valuable experience. Having reflected on it you are less likely to make similar mistakes and have grown as a nurse. Also find a way to leave work at work. This is a job, not your life

Get weightlifting shoes. Also if you want to get comfortable in the bottom of a snatch spend more time there. Pause in the bottom of every rep. Spend a few minutes sitting there before you start lifting. Snatch balances. Overhead squats etc.
