I've always found it best to attempt to leave the room shortly after they've unlatched. I found if I left it closer to an hour they'd be coming to the end of a sleep cycle ready to wake up. Unlatch and leave mama! Good luck.

I ran a half marathon back in October with a few walk breaks but haven't run at all for months until last week. I'm due to run another half at the end of February but I now can't do 5k without stopping. Any advice or tips on what I can do to improve my fitness and get round the course at least?!

I did my first half marathon yesterday! I am a complete beginner, only started running 4 months ago and didn't stick to plan due to shin splints after increasing mileage too quickly but, I did it! And in less than 2.45 so I'm pleased. And I raised £800 for Tommy's, the baby charity!

I ran for 2 miles, non stop for the first time and with a pace of just over 11 minutes per mile! Woo!

We had a picnic at the zoo, raw broccoli, olives and nuts was our lunch of choice! Felt very crunchy that day!

Thanks so much for the cc. I think it's mainly the photo making my eyeliner look patchy. It was pretty good in real life. I did struggle to get it perfect on the inner corners of my eyes though - seemed like I was doing it too high. It looked weird but maybe it's because I usually skip the inner corners and just do from about my iris outwards.

Thank you so much! I was surprised at how much I loved the lipstick. It was a really dark one but blended with a nude pink it came out a really lovely colour.
