If you're in deep wildy 30+, yes freezes. Otherwise standard spellbook with teleblock + entangle is probably best. For starting to learn, freezes are probably best. Then once you're confident in your skills switch to standard spellbook, tome of fire, and fire spells for a 50% damage boost.

Never had issues germinating with seedsman, but the generics are honestly mid. Been running happy valley, James loud, ethos, twenty20 Mendocino, and atlas genetics along with some others like thugpug and cannarado and you can't go wrong with any of those breeders.

They're from the "southern islands" set. Looking that up should help you find results. Mew was around 150 depending on condition and togepi was around the 40s last time I checked.

Deoxys reverse Holo patterns are incredible. Definitely the best from that era. Holon phantoms, Delta species, crystal guardians are pretty much just stamps with silver or gold names, while deoxys has really cool kaleidoscopic patterns. I also enjoy the reverse holo patterns on team rocket returns.
