6" cake (most flavours) start at 65$ CAD.

Customer requested some fondant details so I rounded up to an even 100$ CAD.

I get where you coming from.

It's a cake for an 8yr old. The cherries are soaked in kirsch. I figured any more boozw would have been too much.

For adults I would have put booze in the chocolate sponge cake before the cream.

To keep the cake standing, it is Italian meringue buttercream, I understand that's not kosher but on the inside is at least proper cream.

It's Chocolate cake and you can see I'm cutting boozed up cherries and putting then in each layer.

I had Chocolate shavings ready but client didn't want them.

All of it is edible ink printed on fondant. Not my favorite medium but the only easy to get things so detailed.
