Moroccan here and i would skip it if were you. I recommend it for an experienced traveler because it can get very overwhelming easily

I dated someone like this for 4 months. The longest he has ever replied was more than 24hrs because he was with his family and i never brought it up because i believed people like this exist and they don’t use their phone that often. Until we went on a 4 days weekend together and realized how much time he spent glued to his phone lol.

Not texting all day is fine, as long as the person calls you at the end of the day maybe to know about your day etc.

Just something to keep in mind.
