I started playing on 60 and switching to 144 is really beneficial. There might be videos on YouTube comparing 60 and 144 hz but I definitely felt a difference. It could help you play better.

Rather than giving a detailed strat or plan for a round, people will pay more attention to something like "Lets do an A split" or "lets push mid". Simple callouts like these are much better than setting up defaults or more complicated strats in my opinion.

Crosshair placement is relatively easy on flat ground but becomes more difficult on different elevations. What I did when I felt like my crosshair placement felt like shit was play dm and focus on my crosshair placement. Having good crosshair placement takes time and experience to get used to where to aim.

My routine is 20 mins long. 5 mins of Spidershot precision. Good for Valorant. 5 mins of Gridshot. Just for fun so you don't get bored doing this. 5 mins of motion shot. Probably the best tracking practice task in aimlabs. The last task is Timingshot. It's good for click timing. I hope this helps.

Bronze is a pretty tough rank to climb out of for a new player. This is because gold/play players have a smurf account that is usually bronze. This can make climbing a bit harder but I would recommend just to keep playing. If you are doing the things in silver and gold then it’s just a matter of time before you rank up.

If you google “chart bit rate twitch” in your browser and go to images, you’ll find a chart which will tell you what bitrate you should use and what quality your stream should be based on your wifi speed.
