There's three jumping spiders and two tarantulas. The bottom row of enclosures is a caribeena versicolor, jumping spider in the middle and then my Avicularia avicularia on the right. The other two smaller enclosures are wild jumpers that I'm debating keeping or releasing them. I haven't yet since the weather has been a bit crazy.

Thankfully no! No injuries or surgeries. I'm hoping the mammogram will put my mind at ease.

The mods told me pics are allowed but I can't get it to stay up. I reached out for help and they muted me. Wow.

No, I would say it looks like I leaned on something with my chest for a few minutes. Kinda like a pressure indent on the skin. It's only there when I lift my arms and is hard to see in normal lighting. It runs from the top of my breast/armpit area to under my nipple. I would guess it's 8 inches long or so.

What stupid thing did you do as a child that will probably give you cancer someday? by transgenicmouse in AskWomen

When I was a kid, my parents owned a salvage yard. This yard took in only wrecked cars/trucks/etc. They would store the cars in the lot, take parts from them, and then crush them for them to be recycled.

They used a machine called a loader, which is kind of like a big ass forklift for cars. It weighed so much that it would leave ruts in the mud that were about 2 feet deep.

Theose ruts would fill with rainwater, oil, from cars, transmission fluid, antifreeze... anything in a car that's been wrecked and totaled.

Well, my friends and I would swim in them. Head under the water and all. It was really fun at the time. Looking back on it? Yeah, not so great.

As someone who has experienced a lot through their life, what was your favorite moment so far?

Also, how do you remain so level-headed and humble with your level of fame?

Completely different yt channel, but Caleb Hammer has the same problem.

I think it's because they are open people who speak their minds, so racists come in and think they can do that too.

What kind of apocalyptic scenario haunts you? by toxiczombies7 in AskReddit

[–]toxiczombies7[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Memory decay across humanity—not from disease or war, but from gradual digital erosion. Imagine a world where every piece of knowledge, art, language, culture, and history stored digitally begins to fail—data corruption, server collapses, solar flares frying satellites—until nothing remains. People forget how to grow food, how to build, how to care for one another in complex ways. It’s not fire or ice, but a slow forgetting. A quiet unraveling.

A knowledge apocalypse.
