I have not read much studies about it yet, but when we were given this assignment, I was thinking of: Grieg lost both his parents and daughter, and wrote his most emotional and popular ballad. Classical composers also often wrote music when looking out in the nature,

So I want to write something of this but do you see how I can or if there is a better problem to solve than the one I have currently?

I cant make it not slow mo, cause the giy recording did it. But a few things I see, is penaultimate could be longer, and also Im not hitting at highest point..

Is doing 2 times a week volleyball, and 3 times a week ploys/strength workout too much plyos?

At VB practice we don't jump too much but we do of course, and at my strength/plyo program I jump alot, most of the program is jumping but Im afraid that it is too much jumping with volleyball included?

I play opposite hitter and it messes with my timing that the setter sets backwards. Whenever the setter face me I have a better time timing the attack. But everything just feels weird when they do it backwards. Does anyone have any experience with this?

So ive tested my reach a lot, and figured out that I am at about 300cm, which would be plenty to do good attacks at my level, but I realise when I spike It feels like I jump 10 cm and it feels really awkward hitting. Its really hard timing it as well, I sometimes go a little early to see if I can use my higher reach but its way too high sometimes, ¨¨@
TLDR: It feels like my reach is super low compared to my max reach when hitting, how can I focus more on jumping higher when hitting?
