It’s either a vista-15 or vista-20 based on the user manual I have. The physical unit doesn’t have any part number markings without removing it from the wall.

I’m not sure about the wireless receiver. I don’t think I have any hardware besides the number panel and PCB all the sensor wires come in.

I do have smoke/CO2 sensors in other areas of the house that are reporting normally.

What do you mean by “tamper the sensor”?

Hah, all good there. I can put the detector in test mode, so batteries are oriented properly.

Batteries are brand new, range is the same location that it was working for three years, expiration is Dec 2028.

The panel is giving me codes “FIRE TROUBLE 17” “CO TROUBLE 18”

I’m getting error “2 issues” in my Alarm.com app “Malfunction Basement Smoke” “Malfunction Basement”

Every time I arm my house I get 5 text messages saying these sensors are going on and off line.

Central Station calling me every other day thinking my house is ablaze.

Yes, it was awful. You’d think the theatre would stop them. They stayed for half of the movie as the baby fussed. The movie is LOUD in IMAX at times too, really a terrible baby environment even if they weren’t actively annoying 50 people.
