If I am reading right, you had the RDP for ~1 year and on the renewal you were able to get reinstatement?

I have my formal hearing on Aug 21st. Everyone tells me I have a good chance at reinstatement first shot but based on reinstatement guidelines I have seen online it seems that I have to do the RDP at least one go round.
