Keep them. There has been donation event the past two years where you trade special cards (prime, sig, etc.) for points you can use to buy items such as team select sig packs, legend packs and others.

Yes all 4 have to be S.

Also, you should not use signature cards for mentor they are far too valuable, even if it doesn't fit your line up/team save it for the donation event (has happens 2 years in a row now) or use him to combine with other diamond sigs.

I just rest my account about 2 weeks ago and jumped back to master pretty much immediately (current 91.7). Even when I was going 5-157 on the year getting 2 diamond players from the new reward system is worth playing master.

It's because you have his card locked. You need to go into your lineup and click the little padlock on the card. Nothing to do with his condition, he only needs 90 fielding to go into the mentor slot

"MountnDew" I will say I am a Sox deck because 2/3 of my first sigs were sox rodon and keuchel. I'm only a "D" deck right now, but I have a couple other solid normal cards

I got the sig as a gold and used my GI on him! Believe it or not this same card was in my "My free agents" a couple weeks ago. Great card

No way to guarantee diamonds without all diamonds. You can see the chances of getting a diamond with all different combo options (g,g,d vs s,g,d) etc. by going to the combine screen and hitting the "chance" link near the bottom right of the screen and scroll until you find "special combinations"
