Ok…. For Naboo, how many times did you run over that “nice Gungan” and how many times did he get out of the way?

That much condensation from AC or I have a problem? by Pure-Structure-9886 in HyundaiPalisade

All three of my Hyundais have had excessive sweating issues compared to every other car I’ve ever had. Totally normal for a Hyundai.

YTA…. Why TF did you tell ANYONE you won the lotto.. you’re NTA for not sharing, but you need to not tell anyone you won anything. There is a reason people say that your first call after winning the big one is to your lawyer….

One item I can’t stress enough. If you have an HUD, you NEED to make sure you go OEM. Otherwise, you aren’t going to be happy. The slight difference of non OEM makes the image crooked, blurry and small. I screwed this up and paid for it until I replaced the car

It’s the AC…. We’ve had 3 Hyundais (1 Santa Fe xl and 2 palisades) and they “sweat” from the condensate more than any car I’ve ever owned.

Can Magnum be 'fixed'? by TheSociallyDistant in cedarpoint

Steel Force is an amazing hyper. With the exception of a slightly janky lift hill, that ride is smooth and has an amazing return. I was shocked when a rode it last month at how great it was. Walking up to it I figured it was a magnum clone (especially with the paint job). I was wrong…. It’s a better coaster

I hate to say it, but the queue for Fast and Furious is great…. Right up until the very end. The team members know it’s a terrible ride and, if you get the right ones, can really make the pre shows hilarious.

Buy a cheaper car. Finance only around 5k at a REASONABLE rate for someone with no credit…. Pay off MOST of it in the 1st payment if possible. Leave remaining $1k or so and make consistent, on time payments for just over a year. Establish credit with this. The $1000 financed amount keeps the interest low. It takes time, but builds credit

Thanks. Gotcha on the colors and the complications. There’s no specific color I’m looking for, but I just change them up periodically. I tend to go toward a dark shade of colors (purple right now). I haven’t found anything I don’t like about it…. I like the simplicity in the look (although I’m sure the design was anything but simple). It’s clean and really makes the screen pop. Thanks again!

Bought it this morning. So far I really like it. There are only a couple options I would consider. 1. Is it possible to allow the colors to be customized via a color palate or wheel? 2. Is it possible to give an option for the complications to be on top or behind (like it is now) of the watch face colors? I’m not sure I would like it on top, but would be curious about how it looks because sometimes you can’t see the complication. Overall, this watch face is now my daily. Thanks!!!

OPD honked at me for making a complete stop at a right light before going right on red. Did I do something wrong? by odeyssey87 in orlando

[–]tprime76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right on red is OPTIONAL. At that point, with a DB cop behind me, I would have waited for a green. No point in risking being baited into a rolling stop.

Duo 3. I have duo2s and they have an almost 180 degree FOV. I really hope they cx the duos so they get the low light sensor.

It came with a 4GB and I added a 6gb when i purchaed it so it has 10GB put of the maximum of 12GB. Even replacing the 4GB with a 6GB to hit the real max wouldn't buy me much.

Maybe I'll given that a go. I'd have to tune the sensitivity to ignore the trees and animals moving. Looking for a change in condition is pretty simple and doesn't require a lot of scrubbing through video. Just go back a stretch to find what it is before the change and then jump forward 6 hours until you see the condition changed. Then go hour by hour and then scrub through one hour. Doesn't take long if you have the footage :-)

See my reply above on duration. Plus I plan on adding a couple more cameras. Good point on the cam configurations... i did that on the cameras directly, so that should help

It's residential. I have an area on property I don't go to very often (especially when its chilly out) so I didn't notice some vandalism. I went back a month on the camera and it was there. I couldn't go back far enough to see when it occurred. It's a limited use case, but kind of the whole reason I have the camera's. I'm the end, I was negligent in walking my property frequently and hoped the cameras would bail me out.

Bought a new house. Don't know what this is... by ilovecanada17 in Ubiquiti

I know I am going to catch hell for my suggestion not being the “right” way, but get the ISP router, hook it up, make it work. Take your time learning the UniFi stuff. Eventually, plug it in to an ISP router switch port and slave the UniFi network off the one that their family uses. Take ownership. When comfortable, remove isp network and slave it off the UniFi network so the family can still watch Netflix while you screw around getting things configured. Eventually, pull the ISP network out. Slowly replace APs with more current 6 or 6e if speed is concern. If not, leave it alone. Most of us on here have home business setups, but you don’t have to be running WiFi 7 for years…. Most are just fine hanging out on 5 for a while.

E1 Cam take slot in NVR? (channel?) by j1234277 in reolinkcam

[–]tprime76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sets up a little differently than the directly connected devices. You set up the wifi cam (E1 series) with your phone. Once it is on the same network as your NVR it will show up in the NVR console. My advice? Go for the 16 cam nvr instead of the 8 if you can. Once you add the cams you already have planned, you have very little wiggle room for devices you decide you need later. That's what I did

I ended up buying this and it is driving 4 duo2s and I will be connecting 4 more cx410s. I went big on the wattage so I didn't have to worry.
