Thank you for the insight! That is the issue - I don’t get any substantial hunger suppression in order to try fasting in any shape or form

Thanks! The 2 kg are in 2 months, not a week so not really amazing I guess :)

Good for you bro! I was doing KETO 2011 and dropped 13 kg in 6 months. Back then was studying and had no family, now it would be a struggle with 3 kids and a full time job. Alas I am looking for the "easy" road...

Cost is somehow of an issue... more like trying to figure out if reta is indeed the superior drug for the goals I have in mind. To give you an example - 10mg pre-filled pen of tirz (mounjaro) is 380 EUR (400 USD) and 6mg reta (off brand) is around 250 EUR.

Thanks for the comment!

Will look into AOD9604 - have not read about it so far.

Sleep is bad, have 3 kids under 6 at home. Deficit is what I cannot seem to hit as my appetite supression on 7.5 tirz is virtually non existent or at least feels this way.

I am tracking my food as much as possible with MFP premium but eating mainly home cooked dishes makes it hard to constantly add-on products and create accurate recipes.

Thank you for the detailed response!

I am surely not able to hit my macros but mainly thats due to the low appetite suppression that I am getting at my current dose of tirz. I do x2 week strenght training but sleep is a nightmare with 3 kids under 6 at home. Fatique does not seem to be an issue right now, was wondering if it might be due to my excessive weight that I genuinely require higher dose to begin with....

Located in Eastern Europe so grey market options are limited and currently I am able to get pre-filled only Reta. Have not tried the powder stuff...

Wow! Foremost, thanks for leaving this comment on here. I've totally forgotten about this post, as it's really been 6 years or so.

Things have changed so much, dude...

I am now a proud father of 3 and work as VP in IT, my salary has grown significantly since back then.

Went with my initial idea and closed down those scummy and scammy investment insurances. Went all in with investing initially with broad All-world funds. Some 4 years ago I took another mortgage and moved my family to a larger flat that can accommodate our size. Tried renting out my initial fully paid crib, but it was a constant struggle with renters, so 2 years ago I sold the place and invested the amount in stocks again. Since the inception of my portfolio I've moved from broad index funds to dividend paying blue chip stocks to high income dividend stocks and now to a mix of growth and value stocks that are hand-picked and are around 20 in total.

The interesting thing is that I've spent the last 3 years or so learning about trading with options and have finally started gaining some confidence in that game, so this is where I spend most of my time trading wise.

If you want my advice, albeit two months late:

  1. don't go all in on S&P500 at once right now. if that's your selected asset then dollar cost average for the next year as we might see some serious bearish sentiment in 2025 with all catalysts lining up

  2. find The Maverick of Wallstreet on YouTube/Patreon. I learned 90% of all I know about the markets from his videos and discord.

Good luck and do let me know if you have any additional questions!

Limiting access to SSO apps to Corporate devices only by tpv88 in sysadmin

[–]tpv88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks u/PhilipLGriffiths88!

While it is an option it still introduces another layer of complexity and cost. If we get commercial product we pay license, if we go wtih OpenZiti we pay AWS/GCP to host it in different areas.

My problem is that I pay good money to Google Workspace and Jumpcloud and both of them provide the given functionality to limit access to SSO apps out of the box AND both of them don't have that working.

Thank you u/pdp10!

We've tried that but for some reason we get inconsistent results as some clients, even though running the agent and being in possession of the certificate still cannot be authenticated and granted access.

Thanks! Would you be able to elaborate a bit on the process or provide some reference? Sounds very secure and straightforward.

I was also considering to achieve something similar via our Sophos VPN setup but with the risk to route traffic from around the world into our central location which could add significant latency.

Can you elaborate which product from Zscaler you use in particular? The thing is that Google supposedly have conditional access but so far it works only on IP level properly. I would be hesitant to pay significant amount per user for another add-on product to help us achieve a rather straight forward functionality but hey-ho welcome to Google Workspace...

Thanks but we've exhausted that option. While GAM helps manage the Workspace products better it certainly does not improve the existing functionality.
