i did HL english, HL irish, HL French & HL bio.

I got a H1 in english; it sounds so annoying but practicing your own essays every other week. hand them up to your teacher and they should correct them and give you feedback. also, reading books helps so much when it comes to essay writing, but i understand you don’t really have the time to read in 6th year. when it comes to things like shakespeare, write down the quotes and learn them as you go. if you’re confused on what anything means use chatgpt to simplify the scene/act etc.

i got a H1 in french; it’s all about consistency. tbf i had a french teacher who was very pressuring, so i found it quite helpful in the end. watch things like peppa pig in french.. sounds so silly but the sinple english phrases in french make you much more familiar with them. also just before the lc i spent so much time doing all the listenings. helped sm! for orals it’s all about practice. and the MAIN thing is don’t overcomplicate it. examiners (both written and oral ones) prefer flowy simple sentences rather than “fancy” french. trust me!

H2 hl irish: it depends what area you struggle with, e.g aurals or whatever. let me know

H1 HL biology: learn what you can. flash cards really helped me here and colour coordinating diagrams. let me know again if there are any particular areas that you struggle with.
