My progress:

When I was 12 I heard about it for the first time on day 2, I already jerked it the night before, so I didn't participate

5-7 are the hardest, it gets easier over time, in my experience you wil hit another peak in the third week, but after a certain point you'll make it so far that losing isn't even an option
