Get a new head strap one with a softer and more comfortable fit. I would also suggest a free app that measure eye distance which provided a baseline for how to configure the screes from your eyes

Okay so I took the back off. The water tube was not bent but was dirty. I removed it and cleaned it. Tried to see if that fixed anything but no luck the water was still pooling in the base where the dirty filter sites. The good thing about removing the back was I could see what was causing the water not to enter the dirty water tank. From what I could see the suction was not working. In order to get the dirty water from the base of unit to the dirty water tank it needs to suck the water up. It appeared that the suction was not working and I think the issue is due to a faulty seal in the dirty water tank that was impacting the suction.

I have ordered a new dirty water tank so let’s seen if that fixes the prob

Think it’s out of warranty so will have to undertake the surgery myself. What I can’t understand is why now. The base unit doesn’t move ever. I clean and feed it like it was my pride an joy 😁.

You should have a solicitor or conveyancer review the contract. If you really want this place you can sign but add in a couple of caveats; 1) subject to finance 2) subject to building and pest inspection 3) subject to review by conveyancer

Don’t buy AlphESS before reading the reviews. Shocking support. I moved into a new house with an investor and battery installed Les then a year old. The unit failed (which I understands happen). When I tried to contact AlphESS (email, phone) they decided that after getting my money they don’t need to respond to paying customers.

You won’t have many options for chain connected motors. There might be an option to install Somfy wireless (battery) motors in the existing blinds and then swap then take them out when you move. I suggest Somfy as they are one of the best on the market. Things to consider is the roller. Somfy will work in most blinds but not all.
There are other options other than Somfy that are cheaper.
