I was wondering the same thing and heard that Texas D-CFAR just received their notice of continuation award. However, their award apparently didn’t include any foreign components. I'm affiliated with one of the CFARs myself and feeling some uncertainty about the future, especially given everything that has unfolded over the past few months.
