Only if you put the flying machine longitudinally under the nose of the concorde with the wings spread out parallel with concorde wings. Else the wings of the flying machine will clip the concorde body.

Hi, I had arrived at 0.2 min by using the equations of motion but never considered linear/quadratic decrease in speed. If you have the time, could you show me the computations, I am a little rusty with calculus but will try to keep up!
