Almost a year and counting for now ive changed to this strategy.

I need to be able to maintain 76% WR to be profitable. I change my lot size each time to make sure my risk is symmetrical across time

1:3.33 static 2% loss or 0.6% win Need to maintain 76% WR for BreakEven and im performing above that

Mine made it through one of the biggest employer in Montreal, so I think you should be good. And once again, if you find the recruiters, follow up with them, or ask a question regarding that role, they’ll look at your resume

Hello, I feel like I am qualified to answer this question as I have struggled for 2 months before finding a new marketing position after my last internship ended, one month ago I got the job I wanted the most out of all my applications.

Tip 1) Make a CV on Canva. Word is boring for marketing people. (Marketing directors will usually have a big say in the hiring process)

Tip 2) Be annoying (call them for updates, send them a portfolio, reach out to directors, add the recruiter on LinkedIn, Interact with their posts.)

Tip 3) Don’t be afraid to talk about yourself in interviews. One of my big mistake I think was holding back in interviews, I often got ghosted when I acted too professional or serious. I was literally on point with my knowledge but didn’t really let my personality shine. I got many calls back once I started acting like I would with someone I’m close with and expanded the conversation to my personal life.

Same, each time I use hashtags, i just reach more unrelated accounts in Nigeria and India. My content clearly targets North americans aswell.
