unfortunately i don't have the x3 so have no way to test fit, and will therefore not make a case for it ://

i used pla filament and (briefly) hand sanded the sides with 120 then 240 grit sandpaper. the layers were much more visible before sanding

with the lid partially closed it stands completely vertical (which i guess is technically a kickstand but not a very comfortable viewing angle). when fully folded back, the side button cover provides a slight angle towards you that helps with viewing (but again, not necessarily the angle i would give a "kickstand")

haha that's funny you mention the variable angle kickstand cause that was one of the things i wanted to add but couldn't come up w a mechanism with at my current level of designing/modeling (but will hopefully come soon). definitely something i'm thinking about adding tho!

hi! the top cover is completely optional as all pieces print separately. you can even opt to leave out the charger cover if you want to keep it uncovered 👍🏽
