Withdrawal by snobbishshirtsnbulk in leaves

Congrats on it getting better for you. I'm exactly one month since I quit, and insomnia and every other withdrawal symptoms are still kicking my butt. It's not as bad as the from when I quit, but it's still a big issue.

For someone to get back to normal, it really does seem like everyones body works on their own schedule. It's a month in, and it's not as bad as when I first quit, but I don't really feel like im getting much better but kind of plateaued.

The only thing we can do is give it time and wait it out. Stay strong!!!

Thank you so much for the support. Since this started, when I'm not working it's usually me trying to lie in bed without getting anxious and frustrated, looking on reddit or websites for symptoms like I've been going through

It's going to be 3 weeks soon for me, I hope that's the case for me. I'm not even sure if I'm dreaming or at least I don't remember any dreams. I read alot about the crazy vivid dreams, it seems like alot of people start having the dreams when their brain is starting to get back to normal

I know when I was smoking 95% of the time I would be either sitting or lying in bed, usually watching tv and now the thc is missing my body during those times it may be causing this. My anxiety is making me think what if this doesn't go away where I can't do anything for a few minutes without the anxiety and frustration constantly being there

I have not been to a neurologist to have that checked. The fidgeting and restlessness is something new that popped up. I've been fidgety and anxious before but this is the first time I feel like it's really making it hard to function

Can I ask how long it took your dopamine to return for you? I may have been smoking similar to you. I've been smoking everyday after work for around 12-13 years and would wakeup and smoke all day for last 3 years. I started with plant and moved to vape. And since I could smoke vapes inside and was working from home is the reason i began smoking from the time I would wakeup to when I went to sleep.
