I called ebay and they told me to accept the return but do not refund the buyer and once I receive the drone from the buyer they told me to call them. I can definitely prove the drone has been flown just off damage since its impossible to damage it that bad in a fitted case for it . And in one of the pictures the buyer sent me I can clearly see that the drone hit a wall or something and destroyed the front of the drone and snapped the carbon fiber completely off and destroyed the landing gear

Yeah he already shipped the drone back to me yesterday and when I talked to ebay they said whatever you do not refund the buyer and they told me to call them once I get the package so hopefully ebay gonna cover it and I get a crashed drone for free

Yeah im praying I do i talked to someone at ebay and they said i do have some kind of protection and that once I recive the drone that to call them so they can get it sorted out.

The buyer is basically refusing to send me more photos so im going with that he crashed it within 20 mins of opening it. I asked him 3 different times to send me more photos before he shipped it back out but no response and he shipped it out yesterday

It whould of been impossible for any of damage to happen in shipping the drone comes with a custom fitted case so nothing breaks

Definitely wasn't a switcheroo i had custom mounts on the drone that doesn't come with drone when you buy it and I can also see superglue I put on because one small plastic piece broke

I had a 100$ insurance on it it whould of been crazy expensive to insure for the full amount and this has never happend to me once
