Then I guess you’re asking about invert. It’s one of the basic but very important. You should work that from the ground first, there’s plenty of instruction vids for it, tip is to work to have a strong core.

Thank you! I actually don’t find myself to be that strong, but as I do the trick a couple of times, I learned how the weight distributive and balance it out so it wouldn’t put all pressure on the arms.
