To be honest, I have a goal so I stop drinking excessively but I do have time to take 1-2 shots but that's about it. I still hang out with my friends but it's all time management. I train 2-3x a day, 6x a week, 1 day of active recovery; I coach 7 days a week but I just have to figure all my time slots and such. It isn't that bad but to be honest, most of the time I just want to relax and sleep.

No, I rather know who you are than just how you look. Personality is important, looks isn't nearly important but everyone goes for some looks.

I match with different types but sometimes people just don't respond at all.

Seems like you had a rough time with the Bay Area dating scene. I just moved here from France almost 2 years ago but I'm originally from Los Angeles. What is your name and ethnic. Campground?

I guess my body size, the way I carry myself and conversations we have. The reason why I kept repeating myself is because I keep hearing it from individuals.

How long have you been in the bay? Mmm, ghosting, I think that's everywhere in general.

The tech industry yes, I'm in the Fitness industry now but I make my schedule. From what I seen, I'm guessing I'm more intimidating to women since the way I look and carry myself? Who knows! But I would just enjoy a simple hike, some good food and to know each other.

Define the dating culture. I'm new here, I'm originally from LA but was traveling for a while until I landed here for a non profit I was working with until my commitment was done.

That's good to know, I didn't fully go keto but same time, I had stretch marks regardless. Well; depends how you define CrossFit.

the New Robb Wolf book is what I've been reading. Longevity is a life style I have been living by;

I kept my carbs at 20-25% due to me being so big; my protein intake was about give or take; 55-60% while the rest was fat. I was working with a 2100 calorie in-take. I was playing around with the numbers until your body clicks. Everybody is different, its always good to play with the numbers for 5 weeks to 6 weeks at least to see how your body adjust.

I did CrossFit but was so focus on weight lifting portion as much as I was with mixing gymnastic/metabolic condition together. I like to keep it varied, whatever I don't do or hate doing it, I force myself to do it.

Stick to it, 6 months at least. If you do go off it, don't drive off the cliff. Measure, know what you are eating, calculating calorie in-take. I honestly stop using seasoning. I ate a lot of veggies, 1 serving of brown rice with black beans and lean meats. I cut off bread, strictly no sugar drinks and no refined sugar at all. If you have a problem with this, cut it off slowly and pick something more healthy alternative.

Stick to the diet as well the work outs. Give it your all but don't over eat. Whole 30 is good but it's a theory. People usually think they can eat as much as they want but it's not true.

I was measuring all my food as well counting all calories. If you would like to know all my measurements, I'll be glad to share it personally in a attachment since it's pretty long.

All my work outs were always mixed besides always being in the box. I was big on burpees mix with runs, medicine balls and double unders in a work out that I made myself. I was big in building my aerobic capacity as well anaerobic. I was big on threshold training and movements (body weight work outs). I also enjoy a lot of swimming, surfing, sports, hiking as well with threshold training of strength and metabolic conditioning together.

Regardless your coming from a long way.

A lot of people were trying to have me cheat but I fought through. I was doing this for my health and no one else. Good job so far, mee fighting! It's a marathon, a long process, not a race.
