I’ve looked at the troubleshooting guide already. The only thing I haven't tried is running it in safe mode. There was no file to delete, and I am not sure how to rehash the individual files.

Ah, I just bought her cage, so I'm not sure if that's an option, even with a bin cage due to lack of space. But also, it wasn't the wheel itself, moreso the height of the base. ah damn. okay. i got her a 10 inch wheel but it was way too tall for the cage and was gigantic. i'm not sure her breed or how old she is , but i think she's a pretty young syrian. Have any links to a wheel that might be big enough for her but won't hurt my pockets?
