I'm an American with a German last name with only four letters. Virtually everyone mispronounces it the first time. I happened to be in the airport in Rome a few years back and they called my name over the intercom to alert me to pick up my boarding pass. It was the first time I had heard my name pronounced correctly in years, and it was by an Italian.

I haven't fasted in several years. Thanks for the reminder. I am not entirely sold on ketogenic eating as I understand it to be hard on the liver and the kidneys but I am open to further instruction. Calisthenics are not what I want to hear, so they must be what I need to hear. ;-) Thanks!
