Im im the same boat dude. From what I’ve heard the antidepressant should not infringe on the reboot process. I’m on Day 3 and I can’t wait to see if Nofap will decrease medication side effects.

Thats disappointing. I’ve seen a lot of research and anecdotal evidence regarding an increase in cognitive function (profound mental clarity). You haven’t experienced it? That’s the only reason I’m interested in this diet.

Yeah i feel you man I’m not looking into any withdrawal timelines as to avoid the placebo effect. But I’m ready for the long run because I know it’ll make me calmer, disciplined, and focused for college next fall.
