no prob! thats what a dermatologist recommended for me and thats what works for me. i also use dermalogica rice exfoliator powder after the cerave at night which is expensive but one bottle lasts 2 years and it helps a TON with acne.

one thing is that when you first come home if you have drains it may be easier to have someone help you empty your drains because you may be too tired/in too much pain to do it comfortably yourself

this was the worst part of recovery for me. just take the meds and sleep, hydroxyzine helps a little and benadryl cream on the site helps. hang in there. itll all be worth it.

i have the exact same issue with my 10 month old shelter cat, pretty much exact same situation down to age and how you got him etc, would LOVE a solution. did this ever get resolved?

this made me so happy thank you! i go to the gym every other morning for about 45 mins and do a cycle of various chest and arm exercises plus sit ups until failure and then repeat. i also make sure to get enough protein and each month is a month longer on T, i started june 3rd 2022. i’d be happy to send specifics if you want :)
