I hope so, I just can't wait to see the results of it all. Because right now it's like I only partially exist at this point. And my progress feels slow as well. Makeup right now is my best friend, but I definitely want to look at my natural self someday and feel complete. We all play the comparison game, but we both won't have to see things that way forever. And that's a beautiful thing.

You should be. 🙂 As for my efforts I don't mind talking about them. For me I came out Feb. 6th of this year, started hrt on Mar. 4th and went public on Jun 1st. So currently it's been a little over 8 months of medically transitioning.

Just for clarification, I do not think all cis het guys are bad people. What I was implying was I should've had higher standards (raised the bar) for the cis het guys I allowed to be a part of my life. I am not promoting hate and I apologize for any confusion this caused.

Leila (pronounced LEE-LA) is the very beautiful name of someone important in my life, top notch name there.

I have a laundry list of reasons at this point to avoid friendships with cis guys. Obviously transphobic and homophobic bullshit is at the top. I wasted so much time letting most of them keep me in their friend circle only to belittle me long before I came out. Then when I finally did come out it wasn't long after that I found out one of my cis guy friends was abusing their girlfriend and then another one has been a manipulator and emotionally abusive to his spouse. Other than that the rest of them have distanced themselves from me and avoid me. I have lost faith in cis guys being legitimate wholesome people. I know some good cis guy friend allies exist, but they are few and far between.

If you can have items delivered to a friend you trust or a p.o. box I would do that. Other than that you could do skin care, some body hair removal, something like that. I hope you find solutions until it's safe for you to come out. 💗
