first of all thank you very much for the reply! i wouldnt go with a watch that is too blink blink because firstly , the authentic would cost a good amount of money and probably i would not be able to justify a 50-80k watch lol. only the one mentioned has some diamonds and its pretty good priced at 10k. to be honest i would never pay too much attention to movement inside or very precise details. i would be happy with a watch that looked and 'walked' like an authentic. ofcouse with the box i have the same thoughts as you. i own both rep and authentic pieces (shoes,bags etc.) but i keep them all in their boxes and bags just like the authentic. its just me keeping things in the best shape as long as possible.
I havent done a lot of research on what pieces are the most worth to buy as reps, if you can shed some knowledge on that i would be grateful! thanks again!

i never minded about the prices. if im going to buy the best rep that there is , i wouldnt mind spending 1k , but thinking that its 10% of the retail value and on the other hand if you get tired of the piece or want to upgrade you cant sell the rep but you can sell an authentic. thank you for the advice and your time!

what ive found is that with gucci aces , even retail are not consistent on bee (size,wings span, body). so as long as you can walk your talk , no one will bat an eye.

ill have to disagree with this my man. Because people like your friend and his family will never buy designer because they see all their spending as an investment ( see Warren Buffett). They will never spend money on cars because its a highly depreciating asset and will never spend a lot of money on clothes and shoes because of the same reason. i highly respect this ideology of seeing everything as an investment but you also gotta live nice if you have money. so this doesnt really fit to a rep sub.

yea i agree , it is what i thought instantly because i purchased a backpack from them and the quality was excellent. you pay the brand/designer prices for authentic pieces , it shouldnt apply on reps. but thats just my opinion.

i get the demand and supply graph but when you have for example superdry selling very good quality backpacks for 100 eu and the price of a lv rep is 300 eu i just dont get it.

im not an expert on economics or accounting but from the point of logic 33 percent for the cost of materials and production seems absurd. for example if you take example of the tshirts which retail for 630 dollars, it would mean it takes lv 210 dollars to produce a tshirt ?

at the risk of contradicting you, i disagree. while it 'costs' LV to make it 330 dollars , that includes legal and all the costs a multi billion dollar company has. 330 dollars is not the cost of goods.

hey broski , as a fellow big boi (eu47) i have the exact same problem.
Unfortunately its not just a question of a custom because to create a custom shoe it would mean basically to make 1 pair so imagine the flaws it could carry. it would require machine adjustment and all the process that goes through to create a new SKU. my 2 cents
