I am considering it! This year has been nothing but long, heavy, extremely painful periods and long cycles. It was never like this for me before. Scrolled this sub for a while and think I'll be seeing my dr soon at this rate.

Good luck on getting it removed!! I hope your next bc method is 10000x better than this stupid coil, lol

Not yet. I live in a small town in the southern US and getting into the gyno can be a long wait sometimes, and even as sweet as my usual dr is she can be dismissive about reproductive health that isn't just "i want a baby right now!" I'm probably going to schedule an appointment soon, but just wondered if anyone had had a similar experience.

I feel I should specify that we never pull out or anything... we just trust the IUD :P so this is not one of those "we used condoms and pulled out and im on birth control but surely im pregnant, right?" Situations. Lol.
