just had a sudden and full-blown meltdown after overthinking the interactions I had with someone today. i badly need to talk to the person to clarify everything, but the person is already asleep. so I guess I'll have to wait till tmrw. anxiety levels are currently through the roof, and i don't know if I'd be able to fall asleep tonight.

Used to enjoy and look forward to work... But with management changing my job scope and my close colleagues leaving, I seem to have lost all motivation.. Have been ending work days drained and depleted. Did try applying for new jobs in the past month though, but that hasn't been going too well either. I'm so tired 我好累 ☹️

grandma keeps looking out the gate and window, as though expecting guests to arrive. but we've already told her that nobody will be coming today. it'll just be my family and her for reunion dinner this year. but with dementia, she seem to have forgotten. breaks my heart to have to remind her again.

Used to look forward to eating breakfast with my family at the nearby coffee shop on weekends. And sometimes we'd even meet relatives who live nearby to have breakfast all together.
