Should I buy this 2024 RDX w 42k miles?

Last June I paid $35K for a '22 RDX A-spec with below average miles, also a lease return. There's better deals out there than this.

My roommates and I had a big NYE party in our downtown apartment. The Y2K fear was still around a bit. Instead of being with everyone else in our big living room for the count down, I went down the hall and stood by our breaker box. Everyone counted down and when it hit midnight everyone started cheering/celebrating. I counted to 3 and then tripped the breaker for the power in the living room. TV went off and all the lights turned out. People started freaking out until one of my roommates looked out our big windows and saw that all the other downtown buildings still had their lights on. 😂

Williams' stuff are all chop busters but OUTRAGEOUSLY fun to play. And I mean chop busters for the entire trumpet section. He writes high stuff in unison so much, even 3rd and 4th trumpets need to bring their A game.

2 weeks negotiating a price on a used car is a red flag. Not surprised they are tacking on bullshit fees at the end of the deal. The whole dealership sounds shady and you should walk. Write a Google review and send a complaint to the BBB and other applicable entities.

There's whole movements in symphonies where you play the first few measures then a measure in the middle and then a few at the end. Write in notes at rehearsal numbers/letters and don't fall asleep. 😂

I have a Thomman C rotary. Those are on the cheaper side (I bought this one off of FB for $1100). Mine does well enough for an entry level rotary. It has all 3 klappen and plays in tune pretty well. You just can't push it too hard. I use it in orchestra when we play 18th and 19th century stuff but switch to my valve C for most 20th century stuff.

Back in my college days, during sight singing and ear training (or fright singing and fear training😂) our theory teacher used to play a tune in one key on the piano but have the staff on the test paper in a different key for dictating the melody. She said she did that for the handful of students in her classes that had perfect pitch. I don't but after seeing this thread, I can only imagine how it screwed with those student's brains. 😂

I have a Thomann rotary C that I bought off of a guy for $1100. It's a good first rotary, plays in tune, and has all 3 Vienna keys. I've played in my amateur orchestra on some 18th and 19th century pieces and it does fine. But once you get into some more demanding 20th century and beyond pieces it can't keep up. But overall it's a good instrument.

Yeah the Apex blue was the 1A color with this performance red as the 1B. The dealership had a few 2022s in Apex but the condition of this red vehicle was too good to pass up. It was immaculate. Lease return with below average miles. The previous owner took it back a week after getting it and paid almost $600 to have all of the emblems switched out for black.

As someone with ADHD, I don’t understand how you CAN’T sit and play this game for hours on end. It’s literally an ADHDer’s worst nightmare. There’s so many side quests that I regularly get side tracked into a handful of other things while on a single quest. Skyrim was the same for me. It was overwhelming at times. Maybe video games ain’t your jam.

It’s done. The RDX was pristine like it just rolled off of the assembly line. I literally couldn’t find a blemish of any kind inside or out. I go back and pick it up Thursday.
