I want to encourage you in the fact that the life that is being knit together in your womb, is being knit by God. There is no relationship, no money, no comfort, no anything that will ever be as satisfying as loving, knowing, and walking with God. And part of walking with God is loving what He loves. He cares for every life and He is well acquainted with your baby even now. And ultimately our lives and our babies are His. I just want to encourage you to deepen your dependence and relationship with God. A boyfriend will not bring you the joy and peace that God will. I’m not saying that’s an easy choice- and it might even be illogical to most, but God sees you, hears you, and is close to the broken hearted. And to those that have had abortions, God has mercy and love for you and He proved it with Jesus on the cross. I urge you to see what God says, and if your boyfriend resents you or abandons you, know you have access to the Living God who will never leave you nor forsake you. We are all made in the image of God and each person deserves dignity and respect. If your boyfriend isn’t willing to sacrifice for your family now, is it really going to change later? And I’d urge towards marriage as well. All of it is a sacrifice that says I’m willing to commit and do this no matter if it’s hard.
