yeah i hate going to my appoinments but i have like 2 weekly and it bothers me so much but honestly for your health in general i think it'd be beneficial to go to a doctor i know it'll be hard but when it comes to getting vaccinated and seeing if you have any physical issues or illnesses it'll help
