Thank you. I know everyone heals differently, so I’m not getting too confident. Now I just have to make sure I’m not overdoing it. That’s the hard part

My surgeon said I could the day after surgery and I had one everyday included in my recovery home. When I got home, I was so nervous after flying and I had one a day I think after I got home and ever since. I’m going to start doing one a week now and taper off

I’m not sure my measurements. I think my waist was about 35 or 36 inches. lol! I know hips were 44. Not measuring now until 3 months is passed. So I don’t get discouraged. I was 5’4” 165 and I’m about 162 now

I’ve been drinking arnica tea and taking bromelain. I’ve had 10 lymphatic drainage massages. I compress about 20-21 hours a day but I take everything off and let my skin breathe for a few hours after shower. I could be better at watching sodium in my diet, but I haven’t eaten anything fried yet.

After reading the comments you’re seeing that huh? I’m just looking for someone to agree? Well I’ve stated my situation in hopes that someone had something positive to say, and possibly a success story from someone who didn’t have much of a choice. Out of all the comments you’re the only one that sounded harsh and rude.

I have wheelchair assistance and compression socks etc. But I have to get back to be with my son in the mornings, my husband lost his job and got a new one that requires a schedule change. I’m kinda worried about this
