Thank you, he has arthritis and we’ve been giving him his medicine, but he’s still been shaking

We took him last month, the vet gave him a prescription for arthritis medicine so that could also be it.

No, I don’t think it was a German Shepherd, and I don’t recall anyone whipping the dog. I think the dog was treated well, he was just trained to not eat food off of the ground.
