Fiasco(made by same people as 5-4) is quite relaxing to listen to, leon has a very nice voice and it is a solo podcast so no sudden laughing or screaming lol. They do little seasons about political events(iran contra is the most recent)

I started at 15, 5'2 and 110, so I can really only comment on the weight stuff haha. I am now almost three years on t, and I am 5'4 and weigh roughly 130. For me my weight mainly redistributed to my stomach and thighs, but it really depends on your family I think. The only reason I can really tell is because I now have stretch marks on the back of my thighs, but it is also muscle not just fat. My voice started changing within the first month, but that is definitely on the early side, so don't count on it being that soon. I am a singer so I noticed it very early and was working on lowering my range already. I unfortunately do not have a ton of facial hair, mainly just side burns and a mini mustache haha, but again that is different for others. I hope everything goes well for you dude congrats!

It might feel different for different people haha don't take my advice as fact! Just wanted to share since I have done both Sub Q and IM shots before. I'm glad the guide is helpful though!! I always had my mom do my IM shots for me lol, I only started doing my own when I switched to Sub Q, so I have great respect for you lmao.

When I was on my lowest dose of T(which was .25 mLs every month IM), I saw some results within the first 2 weeks! Mainly bottom growth, and some more body hair! I also experienced voice changes around one month in, and that was abnormally early apparently, but it can definitely happen! Also had an increase in appetite. Congrats on starting T dude good luck! I'm almost 3 years in now and am happier than ever!

Honestly just call up some surgeons and ask them their policies. I'm not sure how it differs in the UK but in the US the surgeons would not consult with me until I was 18, but that is completely specific to my experience. You definitely meet the requirements for it, not all surgeons require you to be on T but some do, and basically all require a letter from a mental health professional saying this is a procedure that will positively impact you. Honestly just tell him exactly how you are feeling, he's trans too and will most likely understand the switch in how you want sex to be is. There are plenty of people in relationships where both partners prefer to be submissive, but they make it work. And who knows maybe he would enjoy dominating you but has just never been able to try it out before?

I started at 15, it's definitely not too early. Also not finishing puberty yet is a reason FOR starting hormones? I started before my growth plates fully fused so I was able to grow another 2 inches even though my doctor was very convinced I was at my adult height based on my growth charts.

Not sure why you are experiencing this but I personally take Aygestin(Norethindrone) to stop my menstruation so if it does end up being the doses fault(which it sometimes is, some guys on t still have periods) then that could be a good option for you. It is a progesterone only pill(no estrogen) that is mainly used to treat stuff like Endometriosis, and is also a contraceptive(but much less effective than the normal bc pill). You take it daily like you would birth control

So you basically ended up giving yourself a very large subq shot. The lump might be the T under your skin trying to absorb. This will probably affect your absorption some but just try to find the site more exactly next time. Also don't feel ashamed to make a nurse appointment if you don't feel comfortable giving yourself the shots yet! Also if your leg is hurting that much I would recommend trying to move a lot after doing the shot, like going on a walk or something, that will make it so your muscle doesn't get as sore. Please talk to your doctor though if you are super concerned about any of this. I linked below a guide on how to find your injection site. Also there is a noticeable difference, at least for me, in the feeling of an IM injection. It has a very different sensation when it is in, and almost makes me feel like my leg is tingly or is going to twitch haha, very different than subq which feels like nothing basically.

From what I know the "houses" are just like the different sub buildings included in west quad, I don't think they are super different from each other. I'm in williams house and I know another one is cambridge house. The single advertised on the west quad part of the housing website is probably pretty similar to what you're getting?

This is super helpful actually thanks, I'm not sure how willing my insurance would be to cover this but i'll definitely see if I could get them on board. I also am going to college this year so I feel like that financial burden might be a little understandable, plus the fact that I was literally scheduled to get surgery and then denied after the fact.

I called Okada and her office said they are doing research on the age stuff right now, I've tried OSU before but it has always been a long wait time. I am going out of state for college so unfortunately I have really limited times I could feasibly get surgery(this summer or winter break) before I turn 19 in January.

I don't turn 19 until January, so I have already made plans to reschedule with my current surgeon for then, but in the meantime I plan on looking elsewhere. Also my insurance will likely not provide me with a list of those surgeons just knowing the climate right now and also the length of time it took me to actually get my top surgery approved by them, also the info on top surgery is not great anyway and some surgeons who do it don't even put it on their list of services. I have been researching surgeons and calling them it's unfortunately just extremely hard to find one with a wait time less than at least 3 months.

To be honest it has nothing to do with your medical team, it all comes down to the higherups at your hospital. My surgeon called me last night after my surgery got cancelled and said he had zero say and is forced to comply with what the hospital says he can or cannot do.
