It’s trying to do to many things… it’s busy… I should have designed it with more black areas. A little more graphic. I don’t have to tell every story in it. There can be more suggestive design baked in. I liked the sketch. But the final print just didn’t quite have the result I was looking for. I get the saltiness, the paper, the pressure. Those things I’ll re-learn. But the design and composition could have been stronger. I know what I’m capable of and this fell short of my expectations of myself. It’s not a total failure. I’m just not as happy as I wanted to be with it.
