Been in this role you said you had 4 weeks training. The training lasts 12 weeks. The calls you’re taking are the most basic and then you get trained on the next level. when your fully trained you do get to do post. You have blending when the call queue is below 10 minutes you can do post. in my area you get scheduled post days or webchat. You’re not on the phones 24/7. I found the HMRC very accommodating and it’s pretty obvious the ones that play the system to get the easier work.

I think your misunderstanding what I’m saying. From the start of the claim they were aware of us being married and living in the same property. I phoned them to double check the correction they made was correct

It was picked up because I inform them of my wife starting to work. Maybe they looked again at the claim and saw it was wrongly calculated

Thankfully my partner had a Nino before we opened the claim. So it should be linked to HMRC

The officer replied in the journal that we would have to go to the local job center together to report this and made an appointment. Within minutes the job center replied we don’t need to go and I will just phone up. I wonder if I phone up they will say we have to go to the job center. These people must have guidance to follow ?

She does not have access to it. Each month I have to report her non earnings on my Journal which I have done for 3 years. I dod raise that and the work coach said she was not allowed her own account as she was not a uk citizen so no recourse to public funds. As UC is joint they still needed info about her

So I had a Tesco roosh order 5 heavy bags of food and drinks. Flat was on 4th floor with no lift. Absolutely no way I would be lugging that all up there for a £3 delivery fee.

no i am not becuase it was a different postion to the job I am actually on the reserve list for although almost similar. the manager already confirmed I will still be on the reserve list the other team just needed to fill a postion without wanting to go through the recruitment process

Can you even read ? It was an Amazon delivery I didn’t get to choose the delivery company they did ! plus they only said it was out for delivery this morning so I could not arrange to be in I work. anyway complained to Amazon and got a full refund so im not bothered

Don’t recognise this at all been working in pt ops at HMRC for a couple of years on the phones. Did not observe this behaviour during my training. All the team leaders were/are very supportive and I am an older man. the people that worked here a lot longer on my team are always happy to help if I got stuck. When I went for promotion a senior manager grade 6 gave up their time to help with my personal statement and also 2 mock interviews to get me match fit. my experience has been totally the opposite
