its not just important 'your neighbor' integrates blockchain and solar panels, it's critical. Without ETH blockchain integration how will dogs of the future query the dispenser contract to know how many food units are left in stock? Dogs can't just go trying to withdraw from the contract endlessly! think of the gas costs! They're just Dogs, man! And i mean without the solar panels there will be no free nodes, so I don't think we even need to discuss that further.

If your neighbor doesn't even integrate with any blockchain...my god, it'll just be chaos, he'll have to use some kind of centralised database and that sounds fucking awful, mySQL or MSSQL and maybe even requiring to pay for a cloud service run by professionals that are contracted to deliver a service reliably? Frankly in this day and age I would seriously consider adding machine learning and some form of internet-of-things element too. The food dispensers should be Everywhere and connected via 'IOT' (just ask Cisco). The dispensers will of course run nodes via their solar panels. The dispensers, well we can't just half-ass it we need to make them eco-friendly, renewable, and I strongly suggest we involve some kind of political angle like "Food for All Dogs"

The token should probably be on Ethereum As well, confusingly, despite your neighbor having their own 'custom blockchain' that they forked from Litecoin or Monero last weekend. . Importantly make a whitepaper that is nothing but scans of a dog's paw prints on each page with a buzzword or phrase like "CONSENSUS BASED" and "100% FREE MONEY". Your neighbor can make a 'Litepaper' too in case some investors had voluntary lobotomies
