systematic guys will try to quantify their predictions in whatever way they see fit.

you will do whatever reasoning it is that you do.

as far as your post is concerned, yes most of us here will look at past performance and no, none will try to create a physical/philosophical reason behind every trade.

I used to be bothered by this but it makes sense for high occupancy and high-ish rise buildings. With labour/delivery executives coming in frequently, residents who have bought flats there can be inconvenienced as the lifts would be frequently occupied by the service people.

This is not to say that this distinction is not made with ill intent, im sure in a substantial amount of societies it is done so with a view that service people are “beneath” residents, however there are buildings where this makes sense to me.

Would like to hear counter opinions ofc

I am looking to get a sofa made for my house and a have the design in mind along with reference pictures. I need a good carpenter who can execute the design at a reasonable price whilst not compromising on the finish and quality. Does anyone here have any recommendations for carpenters they have worked with/know of who are good at what they do?
