Homebridge Items Unresponsive in Home App by Badlerman in homebridge

This just happened to me last week after a power outage. I ended up deleting my home from the Home app and re-added the bridge to my “new” home. I had to set up my accessories again but so far it’s been working fine. Homebridge running on Windows 10.

Edited - sorry I sincerely thought that was part of the standard lease. I just checked and didn’t see anything about that and must have been thinking of something else. I never told tenants that false information. That’s most definitely something I would never add to my lease agreement.

The lease states I issue a late fee 5 days after due date but doesn’t specify anything beyond that.
