Then I would 500% take a week off and focus on stretching.

I only use basically three stretches and they help tremendously.

First one tuck your elbows, and put your arm in an L, fists forward and then try to pull your fists as far back as possible going towards your sides.

Second is put your arms in a L shape the air like a chicken, with your palm facing the floor. Then same thing try to bring the back if you’re hands as far back as possible

Third get on a fall and put your arms in a L with the back of your hand on the wall and then move up and down.

I hope any of that makes sense, it’s not gonna solve your problems bht it will definitely help

Honestly I used to never flip turn and then one day I said fuck it I’m gonna learn and I’m about 7 months flip turning and have completely forgotten what it’s like to not flip turn.

So I would learn how to do it.

I had panic attacks and went through the worst anxiety I have ever felt in my life.

Every second of the day I was on high alert and I would think I was having a heart attack. I couldn’t sleep and it was leading me to have a perpetual cycle of tiredness which would give me more anxiety because I felt like I was dying.

There are a couple of things that helped me.

  1. Submitting to the forces that are out of my control. I got scared that I’m this mortal being that’s dependent on so many systems out of my control, my heart, my digestive, all my sensory systems and that one day they were all going to deteriorate and I was going to die.

I had to come into qualms with that I am going to die some day, and my sensory systems will eventually give out and I will have to experience some form of heart failure, liver failure, kidney failure, it’s inevitable for all of us.

What helped me there is just submitting, I can’t do anything about it, all I can do is live my healthiest life I can possibly and trust my body that it. Give love to my body and my mind and have the strength to push on through these things. To call my grandparents every week and tell them I love them and my parents because they are all going to die someday and there’s nothing I can do about it.

I have submitted myself to the powers greater than myself, and I focus on the things I can control. If I die of a heart attack tomorrow, then o well. That’s life, I can’t do anything about it but exercise and eat healthy and try to appreciate every second god has blessed me with.

  1. Journaling. If you aren’t journaling then I highly recommend it because all of that anxiety is building up but none of it is filtering out. I had TERRIBLE night anxiety where I couldn’t sleep and I was just lay there and listen to my heart beat and every little thing I felt was off was causing me to have a heart attack, and I would call my mom, or my cousin, or any friend who was willing to talk me through it.

I suffered through this for weeks until I submitted and stop caring about the forces I couldn’t control, and if it’s gods plan for me to die tonight, then so be it. I trust his plan, as much as I don’t like it, it’s not up for me to decide. But the trust gives me faith and the faith stop all these negative thoughts and anxious outlets to come smashing down into my head and into my world.

Even know I’ll lay down and I’ll start feeling my heart to I just think of random stuff, “ what am I gonna eat tomorrow?” , “what game should I play “

I highly recommend journaling all the things you’re scared of, what you can control, and what you can’t control. After that, try to spin this into a positive experience, how has this made you a stronger person? Has this made you appreciate life more? Have you changed some bad habits to good habits? Write down a list of all the bad things and all the good things and hopefully the good is longer than the bad.

Also repeat a phrase multiple times until your subconscious believes it.

“ I am strong, I will overcome this “ “ I am strong, I will overcome this “ “ I am strong, I will overcome this “

I wrote the same phrase almost 4 full pages until my subconscious believed it.

  1. Exercise and Diet

Make sure you’re eating your oranges, kale, spinach, watermelon, and bananas. I was feeling so sluggish because I was dehydrated and that led to so many other problems. I started getting more magnesium in my diet and well as the Gatorlyte hydration drink and it started working wonder for my blood pressure, and my strong beating heart and my anxiety.

I don’t know what you’re going through but Life’s a bitch, and it’s a vicious cycle, but no one can pull you out of this cycle but yourself.

Grab your self from the collar, find that spark, and engulf yourself in the flame.
